Complete your Chinese New Year Reunion Feast with 8 Crab’s very own Authentic Great Treasures Pen Cai. Luxury ingredients such as Hokkaido Scallop with Premium Abalone Dried Scallop Sauce, Abalone, Fatt Choy, Japanese Mushroom, Fish maw, Broccoli, Sea Cucumber, Prawn, Chinese Cabbage, and Roast Pork take centre stage here.

It takes a laborious 8 hours to make each pen cai. Our chefs prepare each ingredient individually before simmering them together in a flavourful braising sauce that is cooked in-house using a decades-old heirloom recipe. We make it like how your grandma would.

As per tradition, this delicacy is delivered to you served in a porcelain pot. It is to be eaten layer by layer, though through the feedback of past customers, impatient diners tend to snatch the first ingredient they see due to the intoxicating fragrance that fills the air once the pen cai is served!
