Important Order Policies

Re-delivery fee: $25 if delivery fails due to wrong address, no recipient, or inaccurate contact details

Order cancellation: a 5% administration fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours of your selected delivery slot

Late Delivery Note
We always do our best to deliver within your selected time slot. However, during peak periods, bad weather, heavy traffic, building security clearance or driver shortages may occasionally cause delays.
Late-delivery refunds are not applicable during festive periods, eve of public holidays, public holidays, and other peak-demand periods.

Should an order be delivered more than 1 hour later than the selected timing due to reasons deemed unacceptable by the Company, compensation may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

Peak periods may include, but are not limited to:

Where compensation is approved, it may be issued in the form of store credits, at the Company’s discretion. Store credits are not exchangeable for cash, are not applicable to delivery fees, and are valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue
During monsoon periods and heavy rain, our drivers will still do their best to deliver within your selected time slot unless you have chosen Express 1 Hour Delivery.
However, for safety reasons, drivers may not be able to travel at normal speed during severe weather. We seek your kind understanding, as driver safety must always come first.
If you have received a wrong item or if an item is missing, please WhatsApp us immediately at +65 8725 0725 for prompt assistance, especially if the driver is still nearby.
All issues must be raised within 60 minutes of delivery arrival so that we can verify and take action as quickly as possible. Reports made after 60 minutes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where appropriate, we may arrange for a replacement or exchange.

A 5% administration fee applies to cancellations made within 48 hours of your selected delivery slot.
This policy is necessary because our crabs and seafood are air-flown into Singapore daily and are highly perishable. Live crabs allocated for customer orders are intended to be prepared and cooked on the same day, and late cancellations may result in wastage.
If you have special taste preferences, simply indicate them in your order notes before submitting your order. Where possible, our kitchen will do its best to accommodate requests such as:

Please also take note of allergens, as some dishes may not be suitable for all dietary requirements.
Our crabs and seafood are air-flown into Singapore daily. We do not prepare food using crabs that were dead before planned preparation, and our dishes are cooked fresh upon order.
