Express 1 Hour Delivery: S$18 per order

  • 60 Minute Crab Guarantee will require an excess of 15mins for order processing.
  • Should delivery be late, express delivery fees will be refunded.

Standard Delivery fee: $4.99 for orders below $150

Free Delivery: For orders $150 and above

Spend a minimum of S$150 to enjoy FREE DELIVERY except for Extended Delivery (Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island/Port, Restricted Zones)

Extended Delivery fee : $30 per order

For areas such as (Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island/Port, Restricted Zones)

Re-delivery due to failed delivery such as no recipient, wrong address etc, there will be a charge of S$ 25.00 per order. Kindly ensure all information presented at checkout is accurate.

Do note that surcharges are applicable between Friday to Sunday ($6), Eve of public holidays ($8) and public holidays ($12).

Late Deliveries

Should an order be delivered later than the timing selected by 1 hour due to unacceptable reasons deemed by the company, we will provide a full refund for the order. Please take note: THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE ON FESTIVE PERIODS, EVE OF PUBLIC HOLIDAY, PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

Due to the excessive demand of delivery personnel during festive periods and public holiday, there is a shortage of driver. We seek your kind understanding that deliveries during these period may be later than usual up to an hour delay due to scheduling of drivers. We will close our slots earlier to prepare our drivers on the delivery route however, some drivers may face unexpected jams and delays such as condo security, bad traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. The surcharges applied during this applied are solely to provide a competitive rate for our delivery drivers and motivate them to deliver within your timeslot selected. 

Festive periods observed that late delivery refunds are not applicable: 

  1. New Year period – 1st Week of January
  2. Chinese New Year period – during the week before CNY
  3. Mother’s Day period (May)
  4. Father’s Day period ( June)
  5. National Day (Aug 9 period) 
  6. December period (school holidays and year end festive season)
  7. Christmas week, New year’s week

Refunds will be done by crediting a customer with store credits. The store credits are not exchangeable for cash.

Eg. Selected timeslot is 6-7pm. Food arrives at 7.30pm – no full refund requests will be entertained however we will provide a voucher suitable for compensation at the discretion of the company.

The store credits provided for refund will only be usable for 2 weeks from the date of issue.
*Store credits are also not applicable for delivery fees.

Wet Weather Conditions

During monsoon periods in Singapore, we may experience torrential rains and it is definitely not beneficial for both our customers and us. Regardless rain or shine, our drivers are still going to do their best to meet your preferred timeslot (unless you have chose the 1 Hour Express Delivery) and deliver your order on time!

While our drivers are braving through the rainstorms, we appreciate 100% support from you to understand their position as they are not able to drive at the same speed during dry road conditions. We need to ensuring our drivers’ safety and we seek your kindest cooperation to not insult, leave nasty remarks or scold them for being later than usual.

Missing or Wrong Item Delivered

Did you receive a wrong item? Is an item is missing? Whatsapp us immediately at +65 8725 0725 for prompt response if your driver is still in the area! All disputes must be raised within 60mins of arrival so that we can verify your request and take action as soon as possible. Should your request for missing/wrong item is raised after 60minutes, we will subject it for compensation on a case-by-case basis. We can arrange for an exchange within the next 1 hour to be sent to you immediately

Order Cancellation

There is a 5% administration fee for all order cancellation within 48 hours of your delivery time slot. For example, if you placed an order for delivery on 1 December, 6 pm to 7pm, you will only be refunded 95% of your order if you cancel your order anytime within 48 hours of 6 pm (for example, 7 pm on 30 November).

This deterrent of order cancellation is set in place because our crabs and other seafood are air flown to Singapore daily and they are not recommended to be kept for too long, even when alive. Due to the stress that they experience in captivity, it is our policy that all crabs assigned to customers are sent out cooked within the same day. An order cancellation would result in the live crab being wasted.

Special Requests?

Afraid that you find certain items not suitable to your palate? We understand that sometimes our dishes may be perfect for some while slightly oily / salty / spicy for others. Rest assured – before you send in your order, write down any special requirements in your order requests and we will take care of it!

Our kitchen will be able to accomodate to special requests such as “less salt”, “less spice”, or “less oil”. Do take note of allergens present in case some dishes are not suitable for your consumption.

Did You Know?

  • Our crabs and seafood are air flown in to Singapore on a daily basis.
  • We strictly do not prepare food using crabs that have been dead before planned preparation.
  • All dishes are cooked from the time of your order.
