Tossed in a light oyster-based sauce, our tender and springy beef strips weave a breath of wok into the dish for extra savoury and appetising flavours. The classic stir-fry is then topped off with complementing garnishes like ginger and spring onion for a wonderful finish – which will go great with our fragrant Yang Zhou Fried Rice.

The spring onion made it super fragrant! Beef was super tasty and tender!
Jing Wen –
The beef is tender, enhanced with the spring onion and cooked with wok hei!
Meat was quite soft and overall was very yummy.
Very classic and pleasant dish. texture of the meat was just nice, would recommend.
