Tossed in a light oyster-based sauce, our tender and springy beef strips weave a breath of wok into the dish for extra savoury and appetising flavours. The classic stir-fry is then topped off with complementing garnishes like ginger and spring onion for a wonderful finish – which will go great with our fragrant Yang Zhou Fried Rice.
