Additional charges

• Fri–Sun, Eve of Public Holiday & Public Holiday: +$4
• Extended areas such as Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island/Port and restricted zones: $25

As Mother’s Day falls on a Sunday, the +$4 surcharge applies. Closer to the date, surcharges may increase significantly due to peak delivery demand, as we may need to pay much higher driver rates to ensure food arrives fresh and on time.

Our Mother’s Day feasts are limited-time seasonal bundles, and the best slots often sell out early. Prices are currently at base promotional levels, but historically, demand increases sharply closer to Mother’s Day and delivery surcharges may rise significantly during peak periods.

If your order arrives more than 1 hour late, we will refund the full order, though we kindly ask for understanding during severe wet weather or exceptional traffic conditions.

If there is any issue with your food quality, please contact us immediately with clear photos and we will review it promptly and do our best to provide a fair remedy.
