Important Terms - Please Read

    • All orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance.
    • Menus are not customisable and are not entitled to further discounts unless otherwise stated.
    • Seasonal Adjustments: 8 Crabs reserves the right to replace any dish with one of equivalent value due to seasonality or availability. However we will inform you ahead of delivery.
    • Food is best consumed within 1-2 hours of delivery for optimal quality.

    • Prices quoted are subject to 9% GST.
    • Festive surcharges may apply during peak periods.
    • Delivery charges:
      • Standard Delivery: Free
      • Extended Delivery (e.g., Sentosa, Jurong Island): Additional $30 surcharge applies at checkout

  • Payment:
    • Full payment is required via Credit Card only at checkout
    • Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 working days before the delivery date.
    • Charges for cancellations:
      • 1 working day (after 12pm): 75% of total bill.
      • Same-day cancellations: 100% of total bill.
    • An administrative fee of $100 ($100 excluding GST) applies for cancellations after payment is made.

    • Delivery time may vary by 30 minutes (+/-) due to unforeseen delays.
    • No delivery to restricted areas or venues requiring special access arrangements (e.g. staircase only access to level 5). Kindly contact us first for special arrangements.

    • Customers are responsible for checking order and delivery details in the confirmation email. 8 Crabs will not be liable for errors due to customer oversight.
    • In the event of disputes, 8 Crabs reserves the right to make the final decision.
