Not every dish has an interesting story like the Yam Ring, which was first created by a chef to propose to his then-girlfriend. Luckily, he was successful in his efforts – which is how we’ve come to enjoy this aromatic and crispy taro ‘basket’. Filled in the middle to the brim with a medley of stir-fried meats and vegetables, this is a dish that will go well with our Signature Beancurd with Cai Po!
