- Menus are not customisable and are not entitled to further discounts unless otherwise stated.
- Seasonal Adjustments: 8 Crabs reserves the right to replace any dish with one of equivalent value due to seasonality or availability. However we will inform you ahead of delivery.
- Food is best consumed within 1-2 hours of delivery for optimal quality.

- Delivery charges:
- Standard Delivery: Free
- Extended Delivery (e.g., Sentosa, Jurong Island): Additional $30 surcharge applies at checkout
- Payment:
- Full payment is required via Credit Card only at checkout
- Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 working days before the delivery date.
- Charges for cancellations:
- 1 working day (after 12pm): 75% of total bill.
- Same-day cancellations: 100% of total bill.
- An administrative fee of $100 ($100 excluding GST) applies for cancellations after payment is made.

- No delivery to restricted areas or venues requiring special access arrangements (e.g. staircase only access to level 5). Kindly contact us first for special arrangements.
